Tasting Notes

91
Tasting from 29.11.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red in colour with subtle brightening on the rim. On the nose, open aromas of rose petal, raspberry and pepper, with slight hints of blood and orange. Fine raspberry notes on the palate, with slightly vegetal and grippy tannins, unfortunately a little drying on the finish.
