Tasting from 06.12.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Clear ruby colour with a slightly brightening rim. Finely defined nose, with notes of cherry compote and some cloves, but quite restrained overall. Pithy, somewhat angular tannins characterise the palate, quite brittle on the finish.
