Straw yellow with delicate greenish reflections, slightly cloudy. Good persistence of the mousse. On the nose, notes of fresh flowers, yellow-fleshed fruit, pronounced green apple, citrus fruit and a hint of tropical flavours follow one another. Salty and mineral on the palate, soft and enveloping. Good correspondence between nose and palate.
