Tasting from 19.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Medium intensity, bright straw yellow. The nose opens with delicate aromas of freshly baked croissant, cream, toast, then ripe yellow fruit, apricot and a touch of ripe pineapple. Shows good tension and flow on the palate, with playful acidity; juicy and pure, with ripe citrus fruit on the finish.
