The white wine wild geboren, vintage 2012 from the winery Mythopia has been rated in 2018 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Valais in Switzerland.
The carbonic maceration of this Chasselas lasted a whole year. It then matured for four years in larch wood barrels before being bottled unfiltered. On the nose, the wine is reminiscent of a walk in the forest, pine needles, ethereal notes and ripe fruit. Vibrant and full of energy on the palate.
