The orange wine disobedience, vintage 2013 from the winery Mythopia has been rated in 2018 with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Gutedel from the region Valais in Switzerland.
The selection of the best Chasselas grapes is fermented on the skins at Mythopia for around 35 days and then matured oxidatively in barrels for two years. According to Schmidt, this is how it should not actually be done according to the academics. Hence the name. An elegant, pure Fendant with character.
