Harmonious fragrance of apricot, pear and melon, as well as a hint of rooibos tea. Supple and juicy on the palate, fine nerve of acidity, dry and elegant with medium extract followed by a mineral core. A finely crafted and nuanced Grauburgunder. Perfect food wine.
