Bright yellow, delicate orange blossom, also grapefruit in the fragrance, underlaid with white pepper and cocoa aromas, creamy on the palate, very mineral, dense texture, very nervy, with great length, almost salty on the finish. A convincing, multi-layered wine that should be decanted for some time.
