Tasting from 01.09.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Reductive and smoky, elderberry pulp, blueberry confit, and bitter herbs. Very dense on the palate, packed with fine tannins, highly concentrated, firm acidity, intense berry flavours, but comparatively less sweetness, powerful alcohol, but well countered by the fruit.
