Tasting from 21.03.2025: Ulrich Sautter

A fine varietal type on the nose: slightly floral, spring meadow, also berryish, very clear and fresh. The palate has juice and tension, a fresh acidity and a hint of fruitiness that rounds off the finely mineral-toned structure. Quite full-bodied, but not heavy.
