Tasting from 21.03.2025: Ulrich Sautter

On the nose, aromas of grass cuttings, green bell peppers and passion fruit. The palate is juicy and lean, but despite its lightness, reveals an intense spiciness very early on that lingers for a long time. Fresh, pleasantly juicy and invigorating, an elegantly realized example of the varietal.
