The white wine Widerstand Gutswein trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Öko-Weingut Zang has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Johanniter, Bronner from the region Franconia in Germany.
Some yeast, also a hint of wood, plus buttery and citrus aromas and a floral overtone. Straightforward on the palate, with a little texture, but also with a refreshing pinch of fermentation carbonic acid, balanced and dense, quite long-lasting. And even with mineral undertones!
