Medium straw yellow colour with golden reflections. Intense aroma of ripe pear and apricot, as well as sage and rosemary, paired with savoury notes and a hint of vanilla. Fresh on the palate with a beautiful saltiness and a noticeable phenolic note on the fruity finish.
