The red wine Olmata Toscana Rosso IGT, vintage 2018 from the winery Pagani de Marchi has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright ruby red with brightening on the rim. Full fruity nose with aromas of blueberry, blackberry, dark plum, dried rose petals and slightly smoky. Soft mouthfeel, quickly tightens up, punchy on the palate, with pleasant freshness, cherry and a touch of bitter almond on the finish.
