Tasting from 08.09.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense straw yellow with delicate light golden reflections. On the nose cheese rind, ripe banana, does not really come out of the glass. On the palate a bitter phenolic undertone, although with some juiciness, overall braking.
