The white wine Ponka Collio Riserva DOC, vintage 2021 from the winery Paraschos has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc from the region Friuli-Venezia Giulia in Italy.
Intense orange gold. On the nose, nutmeg, dried apricot, iodine, some sealing wax, ripe peach. Good freshness on the palate, elderberry and citrus fruit, juicy, delicate tannins, good length and tension, salty finish!
