Bright, luminous gold. Multi-layered aromas of grapefruit, yellow stone fruit, herbs with air, green tea and yeast touch, some cinnamon. Juicy, full-bodied attack, restrained mousse on the palate, vinous type, which lingers for a long time with particularly tart notes of tobacco, smoked bacon and dark minerality. Deeply polarizing.
