Medium carmine garnet colour, purple reflections, broad ochre rim. Initially somewhat closed, red berry touch, a hint of rose hip, orange zest, opens up well with air, multi-faceted bouquet. Complex body, firm texture, fine acid structure, salty minerality, dark berries and good length, a versatile wine at the table, good future with certain ageing potential.
