Tasting Notes
Scents of leather, earth and crushed, dried tobacco leaves blend with ripe plum and fill the nose. In fact, the fragrance fills the entire mind. The palate is poised and wonderfully savoury, revealing notions of lanoline, leather and morel but there still is an exquisite core of fruit pervaded by real freshness. More air reveals even more savoury layers of miso and soy, the echo is of earth and eternity.
