Tasting Notes
Dark ruby-garnet colour, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Intense balsamic nuances on the nose, a hint of mint and bergamot, smoky, delicate suede, pleasant herbal savouriness, very distinctive bouquet. Juicy, ripe cherries, red berry nuances, pleasant extracted sweetness, finesse-rich acidity, mineral and persistent, full of finesse like a Syrah from the northern Rhone, this time particularly well done. Can be savoured immediately, but also has certain ageing potential.
