Pale yellow-green with silver reflections. Fresh lime zest, a touch of flint, subtle reduction note, floral touch, an animating bouquet. Juicy and elegant with fine white apple, fine acid structure, delicate baby pineapple on the finish, subtle sweetness on the finish, lemon, a versatile, rather fine food companion, pure understatement.
