Intense, bright salmon red with orange reflections. Wonderful on the nose, fine nuances of brioche, elderflower, cassis and smoked bacon. It is juicy and creamy on the tongue with very fine bubbles and a mineral touch. Roasted almonds and delicate herbal notes on the finish lend expressive tension and depth.
