Bright yellow gold in colour with green reflections. Intense aromas of ripe yellow apple, juicy Galia melon, yeasted plait and a hint of smoked bacon on the nose, accompanied by orange confit notes. There's a delicious, mouth-filling ripeness on the palate with notes of caramel and grilled pineapple in the background. The creamy mousse and harmonious acidity supports a salty, nutty finish. This is Cava characterised by its terroir, perfect for special occasions.
