Tasting Notes
Bright salmon pink colour. Ripe strawberry, raspberry, subtle blackcurrant and sweet cherry on the nose, accompanied by subtle hints of cherry cake. Harmonious interplay of sweetness and acidity on the palate, creamy texture meets slightly tart grapefruit notes. Medium-long finish, with a fruity finish of juicy apple.
More about the tastingMedium salmon pink with orange reflections and a fine mousse. A hint of nectarines and red forest berries, cassis and mineral spice, with some blood oranges and white flowers too. It's taut and tightly woven on the palate with a delicate red berry core, finesse-rich structure and heart cherry finish. Good persistence, a versatile option. (L2243002, PM).
