Fruity and delicately spicy nose with aromas of apple, pear and also yellow stone fruit, mirabelle plum and apricot, also citric hints, fine slate note and slightly floral. Accessible on the palate, a slender, taut structure combines a vivid, lively acidity with fine residual sweetness and beautiful savouriness, elegant, remains on the light, accessible side, yet not banal. Citrus fruit, again stone fruit, apple and pear, medium length. Nice aperitif and also with starters.
