Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Delicately shiny garnet red with ruby reflections. Slightly herbal aroma of thyme and sea buckthorn, plus something earthy, forest floor and light leather. Spreads wide on the palate, shows interwoven tannins, appears very gripping on the palate, then dries out a little on the finish.
