Tasting Notes

Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Shimmering rust red with garnet reflections. The aroma opens up to delicate berry fruit, wild berries and black cherry, with poppy seeds and graphite, and dark chocolate in the background. Spreads out juicy on the palate, shows a polished tannin dress, winds silky through the palate, with fine texture, clear on the finish with good length.
