Tasting from 24.09.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright golden yellow with a hint of copper. Lush grass, thyme and meadow hay on the nose, followed by acacia and quince, a very savoury aroma overall. Juicy on the tongue, with a bold playfulness, yellow apple on the palate, clear, straightforward, quite simple but with a good finish.
