Tasting from 01.01.2021: Peter Moser

Medium carmine garnet, ochre reflections, broad rim brightening. Delicately leafy red forest berry confit, a hint of lime zest and raspberry, mineral notes, fresh orange in the background. Slender, red berry, freshly structured, delicate tannins, already well developed, red cherry in the aftertaste, a very light-footed food companion. (Drink - until 2030) Peter Moser, July 2021.
