Tasting Notes

Tasting from 01.01.2021: Peter Moser

Medium-light carmine garnet, ochre reflections, broad rim brightening. Delicately smoky, fine precious wood savouriness, dark cherry fruit, fine red berry confit, a hint of grapefruit zest, tobacco nuances. Complex, powerful, red berry touch, supporting tannins, mineral-salty finish, some nougat, very good length, already fully developed, has certain ageing potential. (Drink - until 2030) Peter Moser, July 2021.

Bright ruby red with a slightly brightening rim. Finely characterised nose, with notes of cranberry, blackberry and raspberry, playful. Lots of juice on the palate, opens with precise fruit, then unfolds with lots of polished, fine-grained tannins, builds up nicely, describes a wide arc, lots of certain ageing potential.
