Tasting Notes

Tasting from 01.01.2021: Peter Moser

Strong carmine garnet, subtle edge brightening. Black forest berries with herbs and spices, notes of dark cherry, a fine touch of oak, a hint of clove, a multi-faceted bouquet, attractive nose. Juicy, hints of ripe cherry, perfectly integrated tannins, finesse-rich acidity structure, pronounced in fruit, elegant and persistent, already accessible and easy to drink, a balanced food companion. (Drink - until 2035) Peter Moser, July 2021.

Brilliant, intense ruby with a brightening rim. Shows plenty of rich fruit right from the start, raspberry and blackberry, finely balanced, underpinned by subtle spicy components. Opens with rich notes of ripe wild raspberry, some blackberry, unfolds with plenty of fine, well-integrated tannins, lots of sweet, melting fruit, elegance and density, long finish.
