Die Familie Escher, die in dieser Region Parzellen erworben hat, insbesondere die Domaines de Crête à Plan und weitere Parzellen am Fuße der Kapelle von Salquenen, profitiert von einem privilegierten Terroir, um Trauben von außergewöhnlicher Qualität zu produzieren. Diese Kapelle findet sich auf den Etiketten wieder, eine visuelle und symbolische Verbindung mit dem reichen lokalen Kulturerbe. Mit über einem Jahrhundert Erfahrung im Weinhandel verfügt die Familie Escher über eine unbestrittene Expertise in der Herstellung von Qualitätsweinen. Intense nose with notes of red fruits, cherries and subtle cassis, plus spicy nuances from the wood ageing. Medium-bodied palate with incisive wild berry fruit, soft, restrained tannins and chalky impression on the medium-long finish. Some bitterness on the finish.
