Tasting from 21.03.2025: Romana Echensperger

Bright strawberry colour in the glass. The nose develops aromas of cranberry, plum, herbs and hibiscus, accompanied by yeasty notes reminiscent of brioche. On the palate, the strong mousse in combination with the measured dosage ensures an accentuated fruitiness. Fresh acidity and a salty finish lend an animating delicacy. A rosé that combines fruit and elegance.
