Tasting Notes

90+
Tasting from 13.09.2024: Ulrich Sautter

The Souvignier Gris from the Kaiserstuhl is aromatically very restrained on the nose. Delicate white peach, a little privet blossom, the qualities of the wine clearly lie more in the mouthfeel. This also emerges much more offensively. A beautifully fresh acidity ensures a successful start. Lemon zest and lime are complemented by a medium-bodied matter, dry and savoury.
