The red wine 1427 Chianti Classico Gran Selezione DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Poggio Torselli has been rated in 2020 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Dark shining ruby, very full. On the nose restrained, light spice, cinnamon, some dark fruit. On the palate crisp acidity, use of wood is still noticeable, cool core, on the finish a little short.
