Tasting from 27.05.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant straw yellow with a subtle mousse. Intense aromas of Linden blossom honey, dried fruit and bread crust on the nose. There's a pronounced mouthfeel on the palate, which is dominated by mouth-filling mousse and notes of candied apricots, pears and orange peel, with a perfumed finish.
