Tasting from 16.08.2024: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby. Intense nose with notes of blackberries, cherry and captivating mineral-spicy notes. With air, the fruit increasingly recedes and the minerality comes to the fore. Harmonious on the palate with a beautiful balance and texture. Ripe acidity, very fine tannins. Lingers for a long time on fruity notes.
