Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby, opaque core, violet reflections, subtle brightening at the rim. Blackberry, a hint of cherries and cassis, floral nuances. Taut, finely-meshed, peppery savouriness, vivid, demanding tannins that are clearly over-extracted, bitter on the finish, astringent in the aftertaste.
