Tasting Notes

Tasting from 09.10.2019: Peter Moser

Deep, dark ruby-garnet with an opaque core and purple reflections. A touch of rim brightening suggests some maturity. The nose brings hints of cooking chocolate, cooked blueberries and elderberries, candied oranges and marmalade. The palate is packed with dark berries and rustic tannins, with a mineral note on the finish. Dark nougat emerges on the back palate, with dried figs on the finish.
