Tasting from 09.10.2019: Peter Moser

Light yellow-green with silver reflections. White tropical fruit and peach on the nose, with a background of woody spice, smoke, and a subtle slate touch - a multi-faceted bouquet. The palate is juicy, with good complexity of ripe fruit and a discreet sweetness backed by well-defined wood. Some vanilla and cinnamon emerge on the finish. Elegant and textured, this has ageing potential and is a multi-faceted food companion.
