Tasting Notes
Very dark ruby, deep core, purple reflections and subtle rim brightening. Fine savoury tobacco notes, dark berries, a touch of slate, candied violets, cherry cordial and nougat. Complex on the palate with fine savoury notes, subtle pepper, cherry confit and vivid but fine grained tannins that would benefit from more bottle age. Dark chocolate on the finish. A Grand Cru level wine.
