Tasting Notes
Clear, brightening ruby with a fine garnet rim. Multi-layered nose, opens with notes of light tobacco, some cold smoke, then dried orange peel, cranberry and sour cherry, some cinchona bark in the background. Delights the palate with finely woven tannins in many layers, builds up long and continuously, extremely polished, long and salty on the finish.
