A pale golden yellow. Fine smoky notes on the nose, candied citrus fruit, iodine, sea salt, slight hints of hazelnuts and cinchona bark. On the palate, lots of cream and a beautiful texture, candied citrus fruit, a warm centre, a little bitter with resinous tones on the finish.
