The red wine Cerequio Barolo DOCG, vintage 2009 from the winery Roberto Voerzio has been rated in 2013 with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Rich ruby colour with a slight garnet rim. Very compact nose with lots of ripe fruit, plum and raspberry, some leather and truffle in the background, multi-layered. Compact and dense on the palate too, opens with tightly structured tannins, builds up in many layers, warming and intense, very long finish, salty, very great potential.
