The red wine Cerequio Barolo DOCG, vintage 2010 from the winery Roberto Voerzio has been rated in 2014 with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Brilliant rich garnet red colour. Wonderfully open and at the same time dense nose, like a basket full of rose petals, plus some raspberry, pomegranate and liquorice, a classic bouquet. Firmly structured tannins on the palate, but also a fine texture, vivid and straightforward, builds richly, intensely fruity but also with earthy notes, long finish.
