Tasting Notes
Very closed, somewhat metallic, also herbs, cocoa bean, chervil, vegetal. Smooth on the attack, somewhat lacking in structure, emphatically soft and rounded off with woody creaminess, making the tannin seem crumbly and almost a little smooth, although there is certainly enough of it in terms of quantity. Strong alcohol, spicy-herbal finish. High density, which however disappears (together with very light green tones) behind the dominant oiliness.
