Tasting from 01.01.2021: Peter Moser

Medium carmine garnet, purple reflections, broad ochre rim. Herbal and spicy, red berry nuances, subtle raspberry confit and liquorice, smoky-caramel, some nougat. Velvety, red berry texture, fine tannins, mineral, fine cherry fruit on the finish, a balanced, finesse-rich food wine, very good length.
