Bright yellow green, silver reflections. Nuances of fresh honeydew melon and guava, a hint of papaya, fresh meadow herbs are in the background. Juicy, yellow peach, firm texture, mineral and good persistence, some blood orange in the aftertaste, delicately savoury, salty finish, individual food companion.
