Light greenish yellow, in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, aromas of delicate fine oak spice, vanilla, yellow tropical fruit, lime zest, white apple, mineral with a floral touch. The palate is elegant, with a fine creamy texture, fine acidity, and good freshness on the saline-citrus finish, a balanced, nimble food wine.
