Pale yellow, green hints, silver reflections. Subtle oak savouriness, vanilla, yellow tropical fruit, lime zest, mineral notes, white apple and a floral touch. Elegant with a fine and creamy texture, fine acidic structure and a fresh, salty-lemon finish. A balanced and light-footed food companion.
